A great side dish for a cold winter meal.  I mean it's in a cream sauce for heaven's sake.  Make this in the fall!  With a roast.  And pumpkin pie.

I recieved this cookbook for Christmas.  Add another one to the list  (I'll never get it down if I keep this up)
